Job Description:

Duties And Responsibilities; DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Participating in provision of fisheries extension services; • Collecting fisheries statistical data; • Maintaining fish farms and hatcheries; and • Assisting in ensuring hygienic fish landing sites, market and farms

REQUIRED SKILLS

Reporting, Commercial fishing (inland, sea, other), Hygiene standards (food production), Data collection, Research planning

Qualifications:

• Be a Tanzanian Citizen; • Have at least a Certificate /Advanced Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree either Fisheries Management, Natural Resource Management or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution; • Be proficient in computer applications Good interpersonal skills and a proven team player. Self-driven and results orientated in challenging rural working environments. Excellence in English and Kiswahili, oral and written
